How can I translate HelpDeskZ?

HelpDeskZ can be translated to any language, you only have to follow these steps:

  1. Go to /includes/language and copy the file english.php and use that copy to create your file language, rename it like brazilian.php
  2. Open brazilian.php with a text editor (you can use notepad++ to make this job).
  3. Translate all lines containing text. You may translate only the right side of each line, for example:
  4. Save changes to the text.php file
  5. Upload brazilian.php to /includes/language
  6. You can change the default language or allow the language seleccion by customer on Settings -> General
